is there anyway to rustproof rawed RUP bars as i want them to stay rust free but don't know a method other than powder coating or praying a different colour that would work effectively unless there is a good lacquer that could rust proof them (i live in the uk by the way).

next year im going to sweden and gonna do a welding course but you choose from three different types of welding, pipe welding, plate welding and fillet welding but what would be best for scooters (making parts) and what is used most often.

i can get them on ramp and stuff as thier easy on ramp but i can get close on street. im more of a street rider and can double whip up curbs, whip bar flat etc. but i can get close to bri flats at really and they just seem so weird and i was wondering if there were any special tips to it.

i've got a vertX deck and apprently CNC decks have bad strength to weight ratio (according to billie rainbow) as they have holes in the bottom so if thats true couldnt i drill in a deck plate in the bottom of the scooter?

what size bolts and nuts are used for flexfenders (allen size and size drillbit needed) as i want to make my own but have the right countersunk bolts, like the ones used on tsi or phoenix flexys

are thom cats the strongest? i know ive asked this loads but i want many opinons as i hate wasting money. or do u rekon a FRid cromo is better for the price (1/2 the price with compression, the tsi has HIC but i dont have OS bars). EDIT: do FRid cromos and thomcats fit 110mm?

i want some new forks that are preferably steel so, strong and cheap. im thinking about the FRid 2010 steel fork but i havent seen much on them and dont know if they are any good so if anyone knows please say. also the grit fork looks like an inward extreme but ive heard that its bad so opinions...
