If you mean stiff suspension, I actually prefer stiff setups on the front. And Supercross suspension is mad stiff compared to motocross suspension. Helps for whoops and casing stuff.

Yes, slits in bar and they need to be 1 3/8 (oversized) bars. It's really about the same amount of money because you have to get bars for HIC.
