It's intense to read some of the stuff posted here, not so much the actual information, but the attitudes and how dismissive some of you are. I don't know anything about you Rob, except that it seems like you really enjoy your position on this forum, but I've had the same ideas about god. From as early as kindergarten, I was so confused and angry at the idea of god. I hated thinking about it, and refused to accept it. As I got older it only increased and I was this angry atheist who could sit for hours trying to prove why my opinion rules over everyone else. These past few months have been what I and many call a "spiritual awakening." My years of hating religions wasn't right, although I do think many of them are preached very wrong. GOD is not a person, and is not meant to be worshiped. It is a unknown force that even the most intelligent beings cannot fathom. And yes, I mean other life forms on other planets, because this information is factual, but the mainstream media and ideas prevents you from ever knowing that. Our planet was taught to live blinded. This may suit you, but I have done countless hours of research and listened to many different testimonies all over the internet, because yes, the internet is the last hope. We wouldn't be having this "debate" if it weren't for the internet, not because this forum wouldn't exist, but because the information wouldn't have been worldwide. This is our chance to grab back our lives and find out the true meaning of our existence, but we would rather remain in the dark, knowing that there is "something" out there. I don't know how I come off to you people, I really don't care. My message is not to prove anything, or say I'm right, or I'm wrong. This awakening of mine has dramatically improved my life, and my mind has never been this open. Whether this IS all bull----- and we're just delusional, it has benefited me in so many ways, because with this knowledge, it makes me stop living in such a small word and see a big picture. Slowly I'm being cleansed of all my prejudices and all my negative traits because of this "new mindset." Nothing may ever make you think differently, but I hope you find a balance. I sense fear in your words, even through just text on a screen. You wouldn't need to take this to the grave if you knew you really were "right."

when theres no real evidence to support something, you dismiss it, thats how REAL science works.

i read the quran and the bible and find it self evident that religion is very bad.

no, this is the information the government wants you to believe. everyone knows the smart people are going to doubt the mainstream media and go onto conspiracy websites for their source of "truth"

and what is that reason? because you think that everything fact in this world has to be on the television? youtube, (sometimes vimeo) are the ONLY places you can find useful and factual information about the world, and where people can upload things they find or make mini documentaries on stuff they have information on, there is only 2 places in this world to find information, youtube, and television, if you can find me a site or something else that is better, link me?
BECAUSE YOUTUBE ISNT RELIABLE. it's wrong like 40% of the time with is obvious when you actually thought that apollo 20 happened.
i want CREDIBLE sources because i don't want to watch a 2009439238402 minute video only to find that it was all complete bullcrap, then have to come on here and debunk every point in said video. i want credible sources because it's going to give me at least some assurance that what is said is at least a little bit accurate, and i could go from there with the research.
do you HAVE any credible sources? i mean, theres millions of scientific journals online you can look at that are made by credible sources, if what you're spewing is the truth its BOUND to be there somewhere.
i had one simple request, show me links to credible websites that acknowledge all the "facts" that you said, and you can't even do that. this is pitiful.
