My life consists of this cycle.
Do gap, heel bruise, don't wait long enough for it to heal, do another gap, more bruise. Repeat for infinity.
THIS. It sucks so bad.

bri flips hurt so bad on your heels when your learning them
I usually get them after doing 6+ sets and slamming them, which I'm trying to stop.
duffs forge jimmy levan shoes were like the most comfortable shoes ever and duffa sherman mids are really confortable too. i cant find a pair of either now and im wearin nike mavrk lows and theyre pretty good but if you can either of the duffs do it
I am sorry, but this is actually completely false. A callus does not in anyway prevent bruising. Calluses are formed from your skin rubbing up against something, that is why you get them on your hands, it is from your grips. If you are riding with Vans slip ons and have never gotten heel bruise, you are definitely not doing anything big.
Try and land cleaner, I did this and I never really get hurt, and COMMIT when your doing shit down sets. It hurts 100000000000x more if you land on your feet than on your deck.
Yah, I know but I always end up pussing out on like catching tailwhips and stuff and end up landing on my feet.
u shud get sum mgp shawk taip dat mit fix ur problm
