Does anyone hurt there heels/feet?

I used to get it soooo bad, that it would like stay for like momths on end. Then one day, i got a nail clipper and started clipping at my heel bruise. Best and worst thing ever...
Hurt for like a month.....
I switched to Lotek hightops, with a supra insole. Most comfy shoe ever.

Happens to me, but i use the gel insoles and STI foam soles from my old es's. works bangin

I have 5 sets of pads in my Nikes. Heel bruises no more.
