and this is a good idea but it seems like it would work but it would be ugly as sinnnnnnnnnnnnn not saying looks matter but i still think plastic cores are a better investment in bulk then one metal core..

ugly? hell no this would look beautiful. you could have like red urethane, white rim that its bonded too, white bolts and a black core. can't tell me that wouldnt look sick.

deff not to the first part. if there is i wouldnt be involved. idc who thought of it first, im sure someone else has, and i might be the first to make a thread about it, but idc. As long as a good company that cares about this sport tries to make it ill be more than happy

and i dont see how it would be weak? it would still be a solid core just a lot better in the sense that you can change things around without buying new wheels all the time. and it would look amazing idk how it would look weird lol.

hang on. so if you have basically 3 piece "rims" in theory, you say you can replace anything that would brake. or OVALIZE.

if one part did they all would... yes? and thats gonna be a BITCH to dial.


i like the thought. make spinners and ill test em XD ill test em anyways.

think of all the cons you can, then do what you can to get rid of them

and i guess the core would be 60mm~, that way you could have 100 or 110 or anything in between by switching the ring. maybe 5- 10 bolts.

it wouldnt be a bitch to dial. it wouldnt even need to be dialed, just put the bolts in, tighten it, and it will be solid. and all the parts wouldnt. the entire wheel wouldnt ovalize if its designed right, it would be thick enough that unless you're murphy there shouldnt be a problem. maybe the bearing cups but you can get a new core, or just one side if its only that one side.
