i saw the vid, and that really didnt prove any points. http://vimeo.com/16505793. watch this. this vid proves the district deck works. and he doesnt have the curves on it. but im saying ur not proving anything. what logical advantage is there with the curves on it? i can see the bottom will work, but the sides

I'm not saying that you're making bad parts man, I honestly love your bars and forks I wouldn't mind buying them but I just wouldn't want to ride the curved deck but for some people they might like it, but besides that.. You guys have made it a long way fast keep it up your products are awesome!

Lol I wasthere and I was riding with them it was sick except Kingsley isn't riding it btw I watched mike hit the camera haha

Kingsley is riding a spider which is exactly the same on the bottom. I was making a point that they rail grind just fine. The only difference is the top shape.

Decks don't make riders good, but if good riders like the feel and benefits of a deck then thats obviously a good advertisement. And if the design really does help then its not a waste of anything.

it doesnt matter if it works, people arent gonna want it. aesthetics are just as important as functionality, and this is ugly. of course it works, but just the fact that it works doesnt make it a good design.

You confuse me! First you say to quit making just cool looking, then you say to make a deck that is stable on rails and what not, then you say it doesnt matter if it works and that aesthetics (looks) are just as important and then you say if it works its not a good design! HMMMMM???????? Man I am glad you arent leading the direction of our products!

i put "cool looking" in quotes in my post, implying that you're the only ones who think the deck looks good. its an ugly shape, people just want a decent looking deck that isnt too far out, and that works good. plain & simple. this deck is not that. so again, i think you guys should hit the drawing boards.

also, im not the only one giving your deck negative feedback.. pretty much everyone who posted in this thread said the deck was bad. you should take the opinions of the community into consideration, seeing as they're the ones you're trying to sell your product to. just something to think about man. im only trying to help you. ;)

GTFO hep has done loads more than you random ass dudes.
He kinda brought eaglesport to scootering.

you come out with overpriced parts, ugly, inefficient designs, and you brag like you guys are some OG's.

i just thought of this. in skateboarding, in the early 70's to late 80's they had so many different shapes and designs it was ridiculous. they had oval shapes, squares, fishtails, all that. but look at them today. are there any wierd curves, notches, bends, etc? no its just the simple straight up straight deck with concave and bent up noses and tails. and if you think about it, scootering is going in the same direction. but id say take advice from skateboarding. keep it simple. and IF that curve does make a difference. tell us LOGICLY how it does

Yeah. It's hard to get accurate opinions on it when the only info that you give us about it is "the people that ride for our team and get them for free love them".

Of course they "love" them. No team rider is going to bash his teams products. Lets hear a logical explanation of the benefits.
