anthony the whole v1 generation of phoenix broke at the welds. Don't jump into an argument you know nothing about, and i think porche is about right.

at the welds, or at the headtube? look at the pics most of the cracks never touched the welds. and i think i know something about it seeing as how i have a phoenix v1 ive been riding since the day it came out and its still going.

the flaw of the v1 phoenixs was the welds, thhats where they have all broken, ask jeff mroz, and issac miller. and tons others.

also zg i dont see why you're talking about welds when your headtube has welds.

dude thats one pic. This argument is pointless, welds are weak points and everyone knows it, and all the phoenixs ive seen cracked are in the welds.

i remember a whole thread about good welds being stronger than the metal it puts together. actually im sure welds are stonger than the metal itself.

Our version before going to cnc broke at the exact same spot and the crack started at the weld. And we have gone away from the welded on head tube to neck. We did the welded on to try to cut cost but by the time it was all said and done it worked out to be the same for our full cnc. Here is a pic. http://ridezg.com/?page_id=742

Oh and the link you put up, good one bro! But come on we are only 30 bucks more than Phoenix that I know cost way less than that difference to manufacture. The cost to manufacture our deck are almost double of Phoenix and we only charge 30 bucks more. That will make ya think!

Oh and by the way, I would take a Chrysler 300 srt any day man! Them be some nice cars yo!

Well Your deck does indeed look pretty solid and from looking at the riders coming down on it I would buy one.

On a side note Todd, if you guys had a credit card payment processing option besides via paypal and had next day air or USPS express I would be a frequent customer
Like Lucky does for example.
