110 metal core are gonna be the 'IT' 125's will increase in popularity, there will be more wheel sizes like , 115 and 120
18 wide 1 piece will come as standard
1 piece decks will be more common and come in a all sorts of lengths, widths and head tube angles
Inward will not thrive in Australia
AND
I will hopefully get off my ass and start making decent cnc'ed forks in AUS by the end of the year

Well you obviously have never spent a lot of your time working on a set of trails.

The last thing you want is a bunch of kids with dirt scooters rolling in and casing every single jump. Then the crew spends over an hour fixing the jumps just to have kids that wreck everything show back up.

So don't talk shit about something you don't know about.
Woooord. I hated having to fix jumps when people visted my trails while I wasn't there. And I put a lot of work into making my trails smooth, can't stand bumpy runways and packs. Whenever some random would tag a set at my trails, and I was there. My local buddies and I would yell "FIX IT!" And literally wait until he patched in his rut correctly before we'd ride again.

I miss building. And having people help me build.

Good man. I am glad you can empathize with this.
I have to start building all over again because this last week my local jumps got plowed.

I was really bummed.

-I don't know about 20+ wide, but 15-20 will probably become more accepted (scooters, not bikes people.)
-110/125 will become widely accepted.
-FrID will have even lighter and more sick parts, while maintaining strength
-micro will keep releasing scooters with horrid flaws (EX: Foldy)
-One pieces will become stock on some scooters
-custom brakes eventually
-PROTO will have amazing parts.. forks/wheels/bars/decks eventually
-Eaglesport will keep releasing quality wheels with neat designs.
-Stock headsets WON'T suck, nor grips.

why do you think bikes have wide bars in the 1st place?

because wider is better bikes are way ahead of the game

and if decks to get a bit longer its not gonna seem so cramped with wide bars

haha sorry josh i have to disagree with you i think anything under 18 looks horrible! not gonna lie but watching people run 13 wides now days makes scooter look like a fk'n joke unless your realy small is the onlything that can make up for it. 16's could be ok if your a major street boss.

i wanna see decks grow up. EVERY scooter deck out right now is a disgrace. i think theyd be better if thy were a tad wider and longer
Unless u ride street

Yeah, man. My trails got plowed every Sept. or Nov. They plowed them once a year, whenever they took out the overgrowing grass and tumbleweeds. I hated it because one day I would ride, next day come back and they would be plowed. I had to think of it in a positive way and say that it was a chance at building something even better every time. I guess I was just lucky they only plowed once a year, most trails in my area were gone in weeks. One of the best spots was down the train tracks from mine, and they turned the spot into a parking lot. Then those builders setup the infamous "Backyard" trails that were super popular for pros to ride. Now that land was bought out and is being used for gardening and crops, haha.

I noticed your picture is at Fullerton Skatepark. I assume you ride at St. Jude Trails?! My buddy David made the original jumps right down the hill behind the tennis ball courts. Then he stopped riding, we went back a couple years later and people started building more to them, before they got plowed and the riders/builders moved down the hill to the trees.

Scooters will get a bit bigger
More companies, More competitions
MORE LEGIT SCOOTER DVD'S.
Still unpopular and hated by a majority of outsiders.
Etc. Rationally speaking that is.

125's kill your style though. I say 110's are the way to go.
I agree with whoever it was that said that scootering is gonna stay underground for at least another 10 years (I think josh?), and I have no problems with that whatsoever.

Furthermore, listen to conor. He knows what he's talking aboot.
