What Do You Like To See In An (Extruded) Deck?

Get rid of the District-esque grind rails on the bottom. Make it completely flat, like a Threshold, and make the bottom thicker than the top, like as thick as you have the grind rails, especially at the corners for people who lean into grinds. Imagine a solid triangle down the corners inside the deck.

There are no grind rails on the bottom. I don't know what you are talking about, but the picture may be a little misleading. It is flat like a threshold.

The bottom is also thicker than the top. You can probably tell that in the picture attached. You won't have to worry about grinding through the bottom of this deck.
Also, the radii of the fillets on the bottom of the deck is .05". It's not as rounded on the bottom corners as you may think.

Sorry, this made it look like it had grind rails

But thicken up the corners like where I have it filled in in this pic (sorry that I can't show it better, not really that great with any editing software). Maybe even a bigger radius, starting at the internal wall and curving all the way up to the top plate of the deck. Like how an exponential function graph looks.

Burnzkid, I see what you mean. I will look into it.

Awesome man, thanks. That's the one problem I think I see most with extruded decks, grinding out the corners before the rest of the deck. As it is extruded, it won't be Whisper brake compatible, will it? Or will it use a dropout insert like VertX makes for RUPs?

Haven't looked into that either. Probably a flexfender.

Boxed sides, square dropouts, square front. Above at least 4.5 wide. 82-83 HT. Longer head tube and thicker base. And please, 20 to 21.5? Makes it so much more versatile and will sell to many more people.

Dropouts won't be perfectly square seeing as it limits your options with pegs.
Has boxed sides.
Has square front.
4.5" wide.
82.5 HTA
Sizes will probably be 20" and 20.75"

Integrated spacers a possibility?
Maybe. Integrated or not, they won't be really tiny like the ones on TSI decks, so they won't be hard to put in.
