Hahah that bot knows what's up.
and just got here a bit late but you can see how legit matt is replying to all this with that inspirational speech, and after reading the last 5 pages I conclude that Carson is a dick. Un-mod him he can't even be arsed to spell 'you' correctly or use correct grammar he constantly starts shit ie. this whole shit storm, and we will all remember him as that noob dirt clod who got the most hate when he joined here because he shat himself when some dude took more than a couple of days to ship something, how he got to be a mod is a fucking mystery. Ryan should be the only bst mod.
TSI OR DIE. This whole thing makes me want to support tsi even more. I will be getting the threshold.

Definaltly getting the TSI Threshold when my District V2i snaps!
its less than 2 months old, and the bottom deck/heatube weld is almost all the way grinded through (pegless FS smith grinds FTW) haha

Nothing is UNBREAKABLE-

enough cycles and the AL will eventually fail and unfortunately AL fails catastrophically- it doesn't just bend- it snaps.

How is the Rod going to improve the strength of the Extrusion? the Neck ripped right out of the deck plate. I know you said this was a defective deck and I'm not trying to bash TSI- I really like the product and as a small business owner I understand the situation you are in.

Decks see an enormous amount of stress in normal use and I've also seen kids throw their scooters when they can't nail down a trick.

I'm not an engineer but just the amount of force applied to a deck/head tube when a kid say... 160-175lbs jumps a 10-12 set of stairs has got to be off the charts for what tolerance of the material is.

It ripped because the weld broke and that was the easiest way to break from there. There would have been no problem if the weld hadnt failed.

My Nitro has a crack in it. It's really small but I'll probably be getting a Threshold. Hands down, one of the sexiest looking decks out there.

i have no idea why you all are crying over ONE broken threshold plus like he said it was defective... quit crying about its going to ruin TSI because its not, when a orion deck broke did people stop buying those NO, did people stop buying proto wheels hey guess what again? NO! or any other part that broke did anyone stop buying what ever it was that was broke NO! so stop all of your bitching.......
