The neck has a lifetime warranty and it is being replaced. The deck has a 90 day warranty so it is going to be replaced as well. I agree with Brandon on the point of the TDI not being tightened down, because even if the deck had cracked right there, if the TDI was cranked down the dovetail would not have cracked. Not a single person on the team has had issues with the deck, not to say that certain design aspects were overlooked, we are hoping that this is an isolated incident. The necks have already been redesigned and are thicker in high stress areas.

If Brian Murphy didn't break the Orion deck then this kid obviously either slammed it sketchy as hell trying retarded tricks down a gap or was running it without the bolts tightened or the deck set-up properly. I have a feeling we're going to see the same thing happen with this that happened with the first batch of Proto wheels:

All the Proto riders have correctly set-up scooters and didn't have problems because they wore their wheels in and now are using the decks correctly,
All the little kids talking shit because the broke their wheels by not wearing them in and are now breaking decks because they aren't using them properly are having problems.
