havent posted this in a while, nothings really changed, and dont say it doesnt look ridden because it gets ridden i just take care of my scooter, and i guarentee i ride more then 75% of the people on here.
im getting really bored of it, i need new wheels/fork and i kinda want blunt strippers.

I just cut the slit off my bars, if you want to run it with a slit you can just jam an old fork tube into it. Also it's a cane creek s8, I've had it for over a year now and it still works well.

Did some experiementing on my scooter and came up with this.
Pretty much ICS/HIC hybrid compression, it's really unnecessary in all honesty, but I like it and it's the most solid I've ever had my HIC. Made the shim longer (3 and 1/4th inches), used a bolt from the bottom of my forks to the top of my shim, and clamped my shim on, holding both my headset down and my shim down as well. Then clamped my bars on.
Also, I put multiple layers of griptape on, to give my deck a little more feel. Haven't really gotten to see how it rides yet, but I saw that longboarders do it so I though I'd try it out since I bomb hills on a daily basis.
Also, back on the TSI, feels good man. Nice and heavy.

I need two hahaha they're both like that. You should see them in person, they're all chunked up on the sides and stuff, but it still rides smooth because the center of the wheel is smooth. But seriously, they're dying.

No, I still have it. There's a crack in it but it's not in a place that affects strength at all. I just felt like riding my TSI again and I like it.
And you do them the same way as with any deck, TSI's are still great for 5050s, you just have to be more accurate hopping into them and they require more balance.

It's pretty solid so far. But it's almost like I've got standard bars and a Baby SCS. It's pretty heavy.
i have the 21 x 18 rup bars, if i cut the slit off wouldnt that be really short haha, and what do you mean by forktube, im a complete noob
than how would the bars fit on the fork?
