God... Dying to either pick up a Orion Lite, Reventon, or v2 Thresh.... Did he do anything to the spot of where they originally broke? Looks like he more emphasized on the bottom than anything, which really wasn't a problem...

Welding it through the bottom made the headtube stronger.

And the weld are with a new rod the best you can use, boeing, the plane company uses it. The thresh was perfect because it was 4.5 and had legit boxed sides. The Orion has a 4" bottom while the threshold has a 4.5" bottom which doesn't seem like a lot but after riding a pro model with reinforcement whic has a 4" bottom it actually does make a diffence. And the the Phoenix, I mean come one everyone has one if I were you I'd onnly be looking at the Orion and the threshold
