There is no ABEC rating higher than 9 because the scale only goes from 1-9. Anything higher than 9 is fake. ABEC ratings tell you how tight the tolerances are in the bearing. The higher the rating the more precise the bearing is and most of the time it will spin faster and longer than a bearing...
