u need to file down the spacer to fit the wheel as the slots are deeper on protos and put tape around you bearings, i thought the tape idea was stupid but it stops the bearings from crackling and wobbling

I just got my new proto grippers from moonwalk, i used for a bit without spacers then i filed spacers down to use. As soon as i did that i went for a scoot and it started making crunching/a heavy click noise espicialy if i lent one way but if i did a fakey it didnt!!!! Is this ovalised wheels??????

Nahh my mate had the same problem he cut them and his bars are fine now. Ill tell u how it goes.

I've tried to put on tape and soft drink can but wouldnt fit so im goin to cut the slit on the clamps bolt side a bit wider so it will clamp properly.

Thanks and seasoned just told me to put electrical tape around the forks, so i will give it a go thanks.

I cant my clamps very tight i couldnt fit a shim under it, would cutting slits fix it? Cause the width of the slits now are like 1mm and it looks like they just cut them once without widening them?
