You just copy pasted from the internet. Do you even understand what you just posted?

Yeah, you used to bolt them on to the side of the Pro Model. Alex Steadman sold them through SR 7 years ago now.

Yeah. It's actually the age of the machine used to make the bearings. They use lasers to make the balls, over the life of a laser it'll become less and less accurate. ABEC 9 is a brand new machine, ABEC 7 is around 9 months old, ABEC 5 is 2 years, ABEC 3 is 3-4 years and ABEC 1 is dinosaur era...

I'm hoping it won't be too long now either. It's been in the editing room for a minute.

No one outside of scooters delves deep enough to see these companies. If parents look into scooters they see big, international brands like MGP, Envy, Phoenix and District. If a kid gets sponsored by some shitty 12 year old's company, then fuck it, at least he has a reason to keep riding and...

I'm so confused by your post. What do you mean they get them through skate companies? Where do you think the skate companies buy their product from? Scooter brands can circumvent wholesalers and go straight to manufacturers as well you know.

    Brands in general.

Not quite. A lot of companies buy land / a whole factory in China / Taiwan and then are able to claim that it's "Australian Made" or "American Made", even though it's made in China. Envy is made in China, but overseen by the owner of the company constantly, so the quality level is still high.

People really need to get out of this mindset. Envy could claim Australian made if they wanted, they own the factory / land it sits on, employ the workers and over-see their manufacture from start to finish (the owner LIVES in China) Quality does not = geography

Are they not still distributed under Gravity Group?
  14. Aaron

scootgossip (SOCIAL THREAD POST HERE FOR FUN)

That's not that surprising of a move. Envy and Phoenix are operated by the same distributor in Australia (and America, I think) They work reasonably closely together, so I'd imagine it's more of a tactical move than anything.

Was that video mostly in BC? One of the gnarliest videos I've seen in a while, damn.

It's insane how far apart the sport feels now. The online scene is dead compared to pre-2010. Everyone on SR knew everyone a while back.

That clip was wild. I don't understand though. How is the whole video ledge dancing, then he pulls that out? Dude needs to make a whole video of him hitting shit like that.

    Night Sess!!!!!

And you kids wonder why this place is dead. Dude's just trying to start a conversation.

You kids really need to get your history right. Apex give their riders jobs and send them around the world so they can ride more, and don't sacrifice any quality in their parts. Just because they're not a rider owned street company doesn't mean you should call them "gaypex"
