TSI deck's have a head-tube welded to them, and yes any fork will work with it.

The fakey brake is good, but it rattles a lot, and if you don't put a lot of shit on the deck under the spring ( It doesn't fit on the brake because of the width of the inside pocket ) and hot glue it then it's just going to rattle and move around.

ohk thanks, i ordered bars, grips, wheels and the fakey brake from there 3 days ago. how can i stop the brake from rattling because on the description of the brake on titetoyz it says no more rattling ?
