companies that Jack (copy) parts.

Very hard to explain how wrong it is for one company to copy another companies parts. It is totally screwed when a part gets jacked. Since most people can't afford patents, and gay ass companies no this they just jack legit parts. The best way to handle this is to deal with it within the sport and not the courts. If a part gets jacked and we all know it straight up, then we have to straight up rag on the part and the company, and shut the shit down. DON'T BUY COUNTERFIET PARTS!!!! RETAILERS AND ONLINE SHOPS, DON'T SALE THEM. My next post will be a list of known jacked parts and the companies that jacked them.

blazer strait up copied fakie brakes and scs so bad that you cant tell they are fake.
proride too, not so much but they are ------s and think scooters are a "waste of time" hopefully by the end of 2011 proride will go out of business.

I would never trust myself running the blazer copy of Proto SCS because it may lookalike but could just aswell be made of crappy aluminum and snap in half while riding

Never by "genesis" or whatever theyre parts are. But technically apex and all them who copied SCS didn't do anything wrong. Buff said that he wanted this to become the standard in the sport and thats what theyre doing. You should buy the proto SCS though because it gives credit where credit is too be deserved.

i hope failride goes out of business too haha
it most likely will because scooter zone is one freeway exit down from failride now.
and the only business failride is getting now is from rich ass familys that have little 8 year old kids and they buy them complete failride scooters and the bars are taller then the kid when they ride because proride is retarted and dont even give the kids the right height on handlebars its hilarious

I don't care much for Proride, but Lucky's pry bars are a direct rip off of RAD crows and that is not cool.

it is sad that this happens, but the Proto SCS is just asking to be copied. 70 bucks plus shipping for that fucking compression clamp?!

For the different brands making crowbar lookalikes I dont care since there is 50 bmx bars that looks the same and they are not really doing copys of each other

^ exactly. BMX bars all look the same because they found the way to make the strongest, nicest looking design which can have enless different combinations of backsweep, upsweep, rise, and with. Clearly for scooters, crow style bars are just that. I think its good that more companies are making these kinds of bars, because they're making them more readily available to people. If every BMX looked completely different, there would probably be only a few that are the strongest built, and I bet money on it they would be very similar.
However I do think that blazer is a DIRECT ripoff, because there is so many changes you could of made without compromising stregnth at all. With lucky prYs, thats not the case.

Connor, that would be a valid response if we were ... on bikes. There are so many different styles of bars that can be made still and Lucky even said they're supplying the demand for Crow style bars, so they directly ripped them off to cash in on this fad.
I mean look at TSI bars, Phoenix bars, SlaYer bars, all different, but Crows and Prys... like exactly the same..

proride is way worse
lucky used the same design but so did a ton of other companys, no other style is stronger for wider bars than the crowbar/bmx style. and yea they look exactly the same but thats just the best way to make them. look how many companys make T bars. bars have to take alot of force and any change to the design can make them worse (nitro bars is a good example) still lucky should try to work on something new.
actually looking at prybars they do actually look different than crow bars.

forks and decks are really flexible when it comes to design, but proride just ripped off the old ones anyway, and they still suck.
