If your on a budget, this is the lens to get. Good distortion, wide angle and decent glass. I recommend it.
Opetka Ultra Fisheye -

Pretty much the budget version of the baby death. Glass quality is not as good, but i seriously can't tell the picture difference.
Century Optics .3 Fisheye (aka Baby Death)-

The best fisheye. Get this if your serious and can afford it, its amazing.
What not to get:
Demon Fisheye - Im not posting the link
Yeah its a fisheye, but it stinks. The pictures on their site are not taken with the lens, or a video camera. The Kenko is better and half the price. Don't waste your money.
Raynox QC303 Snapon -

This lens isn't too bad except for that its a snap on. If you glue it onto a step ring its decent, but i wouldn't waste the money on it since its like plastic.
WILL *insert lens here* FIT MY CAMERA
First find out the lens size (usually 37mm) than you need to find out your cameras thread size. You can do this by looking at the lens of your camera, there should be some text around it. Look for a O with a slash though it, next to that it should say a number usually 37, 30.5, 30 and somtimes in the 20s. When you find that, you need to buy the appropriate step up ring so the lens will fit the camera - so if your camera has a 30mm mount and the lens is 37mm, you need a 30 to 37 stepup ring. You can buy them here -
