whats the whole meaning of 'toy'? i dont get it

It's a magic word that toys call each other when they're insecure about their own pieces. Basically it's someone who sucks.. but it's very over used. I'm calling myself a toy in the sketch above. And I over exaggerated the 'doo-dads' around it. 'oner' is also overused. So 'That toy-grime oner' is more or less a giant joke, especially with all the shitty star, crown, exclamation mark, arrow, and quotation marks. Make any sense?
