Lloyd is like 5 years older than Kota. Anyway, This thread was useful, now I'm never buying from them. I mean one order to mess up is understandable, all companies do it, but it seems every post in here is how people haven't gotten their stuff!

i ordered a blunt dack nd a blunt clamp december 9th still hasent come. this # is the one he usally answers 9512410841 hope it helps. also just keep callin ask for free stuff thts wat i did nd he said he'll dend me blunt bearings also

lol thats funny. they should send you more than bearings for making you wait that long.

edit: actually this probably isn't even a good solution.

How about something like this...
get Inside, SR or TRW to order a product. See how it goes for them, if the service is going how people are reporting it, have all the major scooter blogs/forums advise not to order from kotascooter so word gets out.

...waiting for my order from dec 4th, sent several mails, the first answer said "I think I sent it already"... that was over 3 weeks ago. Next mail was "FedEx didn't take the ratjuice because it's an aerosol"... that was a few days ago. Thats so unprofessional. I hope I get my money back without a hassle. Definitely my first and last experience with kota, I wish I had found this thread before.

go for it, your the owner of TRW, if you did that, and did a article for inside scooters (I think they would actually listen to you) then the problem could be solved entirely

probably one of the only useful posts in the whole thread
