Every kid knows what it's like to open something up like that on christmas morning. For him to lie like that is disrespectful and selfish. No one should ever buy from Kota.

geez. they just need to fall off the face of this earth... the company i mean haha. cuz their poor damn excuse saying "we have a bunch of customers to deal with blah blah blah" wont get them nowhere. or "kota" needs to take his kneepads off and stop suckin so much dick

Every Single company has issues I think people expect to much. Kota Scooters does it tons of orders and I know it is hard to handle it all think of this when you put all the complaints in one thread then of course a compan is going to look bad. I have heard hundreds of kids say Lucky scooters parts has the worst customer service

we all look at the negitives but dont compare them to the postives if kota sports messed up on 30 orders out of like 1000 in a month thats really only messing up on like 3% of your orders, yes it looks bad when 30 people all say their orders got messed up or never shipped but being compared to the whole picture it isn't as bad

BTW SR people its not a requirement to be positive but you get so much further in life if you are

Bold 1: Please state issues as bad as kotas for inward, east2west, freestyledepot ect..
Red: I expect the parts that i paid for to be shipped on time, not 4 months later. I don't think thats too much
Bold 2: if he can't handle it, he shouldn't run a business.
bold 3: I doubt this is even 1 percent of the complaints.
bold 4: you dont know that, they could mess up on every order, not everyone goes on scooterresource.
Underlined: Theres nothing positive about someone running a business and shipping out products months late, while not even having the decency to communicate with you.

Do you really think Kota Sports is ran by a 14 year old. Not everyone knows the background stuff. Its like c4, even though that kid Gino claimed to run the company online it isnt ran by him its ran by other people and marketed for an image. I spent a week at scooter zone and I saw hundreds of kids come in and out. I saw so many complaints, my bars didnt ship, these were cut wrong , where my order, blah blah blah that had stacks of people all pissed off. Does that make scooter zone a bad company know it means they make mistakes like everyone else, and i have heard several complains about freestyle depot ect. And I get your point on the fact that there might be people that havent voiced their complaint but you ever think about the satisfied customers, the tons of people that got their shit on time and were happy and just either don't use sr. You said stuff like they "could" and "I doubt" none of us really know. i worked in a scooter shop i know how easy it is to make mistakes

You need to get your facts straight or stfu. Dakota handles every aspect of his company, Including the website and shipping.
Bold: no because they FIXED the problems.
Orange: several, but i doubt they ignored them. Kota sports IGNORES the costumer.
bold 2: you never really know how many people are satisfied/ not. but i was satisfied with FD, and im sure anyone who has a problem can easily contact them and not have to worry about not getting a reply.

come on think about it do you really think that this shop which has been open for years still be around if they ignored all their customers. No. A I have had issues with FD, sent them emails, called them ect. Didn't get a response ever. That doesn't mean FD is bad. I am not trying to attack you personally so please don't take this the wrong way. But as you get older and get exposed to the backgrounds of all the retail shops you'll see there are so many kinks that need to be fixed with all scooter companies.

and BTW you even stated that you never really know how many people are satisfied/ not so that means none of us know if they r a bad company or a good one until we contact every single last person that has ever shopped at Kota Sports which is practically impossible

wow u have to wait 4 months to get some shit when i got my pheonix from inward it took a week and it was by black friday week

every 3 seconds there is an accident in the united states
Thats so many accidents
but there are millions among millions of drivers
so if you put it in retrospect
not really that bad
if they get hundreds of orders a weeks and mess up on 5 every weeks and all those 5 people make threads compaining then damn its going to look bad
I have been with the kota sports crew when they handle orders
its overwelming i almost wanted to blow my brains out i think with the huge amount of orders they get they are doin a whole lot better then people give them credit for

Well if they can't handle the amount of orders they get they need to hire more people or just stop. Im sure FD and inward are getting just as many, but i rarely hear anything bad about them, and when i do it's always followed by "but they shipped out the next day and apologized for the inconvenience so it's cool." i've literally never heard a good thing about kota, and i know 10+ people who have ordered from them. well one of my friends got his grips in 2 weeks, thats the best thing ive heard about them. i doubt this is just 5 out of hundreds.

look im sure kota and the people who run the site are cool people, and they is very busy, but they need to realize that they are responsible for taking care of peoples orders and keeping every costumer happy. If they can't do that they need to rethink their business strategy.

i semi agree with you if any company cant fullfill there duties then they shouldn't be operating. i just know this believe none of us know their total orders and what percentage of orders don't get fullfilled vs the ones that do
so none of us can judge just only observe

because almost everyone who orders from him gets fucked over, not 5 or so every month, its 5 that get what they ordered on time, everyone else has to wait for months

There is no need to critisize him. He doesnt run a great company and i still did not recieve my deck. I think they should stick to there word though. I have been trying to cancel the order and my reply is that it is shipping early next week every time. I believe he should just get rid of the business or get more workeres but there is NO NEED to talk about him sucking d***
