that must be a small ass axle.

im using 2 old bearings i filled with hol glue and put together while it was still hot and the bearing dont move. i used a normal back axle and i but the bearings on with a clamp bolt

wouldnt you want the bearings TO move so you can grind off of more stuff that isnt waxed?

and i can fakie with pegs, too. its not that hard.

i tried pegs, was fun for a while but then i grew to dislike them.
my fork legs bent like crap and the one on the back kept snapping...pegless ftw.
but saying this i still think pegs tricks are so sweet, i'd love to see someone do a legit toothpick grind on a flat rail.

Am i the only one who can fakie with pegs..?
Haha.
I have these perfect sockets, never come undone, and i need to go and steal some high tensille bolts from bunnings, high tensile + sockets = <3333
just buy some, there like 5 bucks.

i dont like pegs to be honest, they are ok for some things but overall i just dont think that they are any good for scooters.

^^^5 bucks is A LOT of money to spend on a pair of bolts.. and yes I'm aware it's aus dollars, but that's like 4 bucks canadian, and the jew in me would never allow myself to spend that much money on a pair of bolts.

hahaha yeah totally I used to have some of those when I started riding.
also if youre just stalling and doing stupid crap then I think you should be ok with bearings and bolt for a while. but they don't slide well at all so if you wanna do more sliding tricks youre gunna have to get some real ones.
they help alot, especially on handrails.

i think small ones (thin) look better and are better.
you mean like the skater hq ones? Those are stupid as hell, because if you try to do double pegs, the dropouts on the deck just get in the way and your pegs don't even end up touching whatever you're stalling/grinding on..

I mean socket ones

I like to ride pegs. I think 7/16 is the best size socket, it looks good too. I ride two pegs so I can be street. Ices are fun, luc-es are really fun. It's not like they restrict you either. Everyone should ride pegs.

dont you get a bolt and the right size socket and put the nut or the head inside it (no homo). Then just twist and it tightens?
