It is not "nearly four pounds". If I recall it is just under 2.5lbs with the brake and all the hardware.
Yes, it is "nearly four pounds". If I recall, the 5" is OVER 4 pounds.

4" 1.6kg. 4.5" 1.7kg. 5" 1.9kg Including brake
Weights. 3.53 lbs, 3.75 lbs, and 4.2 lbs.
And here, you said the deck was a few ounces heavier than a TSI, where a TSI is just under 4 pounds.

i think alex said his 5 wide proto was a bit heavier than his 5 wide tsi but better balanced?
Exactly. The Proto deck is a few ounces heavier but feels lighter.

You just straight up lied on your own page. The deck may weigh 2.5 pounds without the headtube, but who is going to be riding it without a headtube...

reventions are better because they have more space for grinding on the bottom, so you can do 5050s easier

The sides taper in on the Reventon, so its grinding surface is probably the same width as the Orion.

Yes it is, good job noticing. I made one post about the Reventon comparing it to the Orion, therefore I was talking about the Orion.
