New prototypes are almost done so testing should start this month and if all goes well (which I'm pretty positive it will) I could be selling them by the end of March or April. So a couple months or so. I have already tested similar designs with some of my riders for years now and they were great but I modified a few things so I just need to make sure they are good to go before I manufacture a bunch.

And they will be PROTO. No more SR Parts.
andrew i ride 16 buffs which of the new bars do u think i should get?
Which ever one you like more that comes in your size... slaYers are the strongest, reTro are the cheapest and Tanks will be somewhere in between when they come out so it is really up to you, your budget and your preference.

EDIT: Madis, I am laughing right now thinking to myself that you are probably one of my favorite human beings.

Don't worry. PROTO will have forks like it again down the road... as a tribute to the forks that started it all.

And yea Jon, they are available now.

No more sick looking tubes for legs?

We will be releasing a few different models of forks to cover everyone's needs/preferences. We will be redoing that model but they will still have tubular legs. That will not be our first release though.

to madis. how is that looking for drama?
he expressed his opinion more clearly, and i absolutley agree, why settle with strong heavy parts when we should try to make them as light as possible without taking away strength
There are a lot of chickens in the farm that cackle and make noise,
but there are very few that actually can lay eggs.
you have a good point, i meant that the people you have th means of doing so should, i would, but i dont have the tools or finances
ill be getting a welder soon and ill be expirementing with aluminium designs.
im talking about those who haves the means o designing such things but choose not to
wouldnt you condemn the chicken that can lay golden eggs but chooses to lay normal ones

i assume that would mean your making a zero offset version? possibly in threaded form

the_SD_local said:
Not a chance. Threaded is a joke. Threadless only. Zero offset maybe.
if your making for everyones prefrences then zero offset is a must
threaded is fine if its thick enough, but if your compression system is all its cracked up to be then i see what your saying
will the compression system come wit the fork or atleast have a special where if you buy a fork then the comp system is cheaper
