We will be releasing a few different models of forks to cover everyone's needs/preferences. We will be redoing that model but they will still have tubular legs. That will not be our first release though.
omg. by the end of your product releases you are gonna be swamped with making parts and orders and SR. are you gonna hire someone to work with you on making parts? that just seems like sooooo much for 1 man!

and damm it sounds like sooo much sick new stuff. it amazes me. WHEN, not IF, When this sport becomes big you will be acredited for all of it. you have done soo much for this sport, its unbelievable

With the way the economy is right now I am just thankful to have work and I am thankful for everyone who supports SR and PROTO because that is my life... literally. I get just as much satisfaction out of designing and manufacturing scooters as I do riding them so I really don't mind being swamped with work. I don't really even consider it working when I am fortunate enough to be able to do something I love all day. Sometimes I have people come in and help when I am really backed up but I try to do as much as I can on my own so I don't have to pay employees which would in turn force me to raise my prices... but I think (and hope) it is inevitable as I grow my business. When I do start hiring I will always look to the community first and try to hire riders so they can "live the dream" as well.

I dont understand why you wouldnt make thicker threaded forks like inwards it would be alot cheaper alternative not having to pay upwards of 50 bucks for a headset then 65 for a compression sytem even if you charged 20 dollars more it would still work out cheaper and alot of noobs wont be smart enough to be able to run the threadless sytem

Really, why would you ride a heavy scooter when you could have a lighter and stronger one?

its your choice.. and cheating!? its only cheating because you can do alot more tricks alot easier.. whats wrong with that?
Unless you take others having more tricks than you as some sort of threat, which you shouldnt becuase thats not what riding is even about.

Its just funny how no-one looks into this stuff, i know everyones desperate for a part that wont break and doesnt care how heavy it is, but we shouldnt have to adapt to heavy products.
(again.. my opinion)

Its only making your riding experience that much better and even more effortless.
Yes, you made your point already at the top of this page.
You have your own opinion and i respect that.
Are you looking for drama, that you just had to repost your opinions again?
Im just not the kind of guy who takes snide shit from people.. thats all madis.

and feel free to call my bluff, i know all about what i am saying when it comes to parts and weight issues.

If i wanted drama i would have done/started shit ages ago, just making that clear.

Sure i have some dissagrements with andrew, mainly with his "perfect products", "non-profit advertizing", "best scooter wheels ever" and the whole proto is "concentrated awesomeness" attitude.

But.. i am not stupid enough to make such a big deal about it and go about ranting on how many ways he is wrong and wreck a somewhat decent forum for everyone.

Im keeping in mind that there are other people who go on here too for the time being.

I am also not one to back down from anything that involves me or my friends, im not afraid to say what i please.. it is a forum after all, but i keep in mind that first part out of courtesy.

that would be a good idea, the last page has an arguement about that these products arent for weight freaks and itd make em stronger soo imo its a really good idea

A lot of noobs aren't smart enough to even use a threaded fork properly.

I own SR.
I make performance parts and threaded forks are not performance parts. Maybe someday I will release a threaded version of something if the demand is there but it most certainly is not my priority.
