I HATE PROTO SCOOTERS ONLY BECUSE THERE IS NO NEW PICS TO LOOK AT!!!!!!Got dang it boby.

Hey Andrew, remember when the SCS Promo video came out and you said about the key ways that you can put on your bars and forks to line them up? Are you still going to use that idea or did you just decide not to do it?

The main reason the keyway was there to begin with was as a "failsafe" just in case the clamp didn't provide enough pressure to keep the bars straight there would be a key to make sure they stay straight... anyone who has ridden any of the SCS knows that when those bolts are tight there is no way in hell you are going to turn your bars so there was really no point in keeping the keyway after the first batch. The clamp also had to be slightly larger to accommodate the keyway so by getting rid of it I was able to make the new clamps a little smaller and a little lighter not by a whole lot but every little bit helps.

i would love to be able to use the key still, because i simply hate having to straighten my bars haha

I have gotten two bolts seized in my scs and i am wondering what i should use to make them not seize?

The PM system has been acting up on SR for a while now. There is a good chance, he in fact didnt see the PM.

Use grease, I use headset/bearing grease and it works fine.

That, or Anti-seize Lube.

all the new stuff is sooo good

wheels are too smooth
bars a perfect
fork is strong as hell
baby scs light and perfect

i feel so comfortable with these parts =]

After Im done working with all you PROTO dudes for the Inside-Scooters Blog. I might have Andrew just hook up all PROTO parts, and put together a complete PROTO Scooter, and review the whole thing for Inside-Scooters haha.
