why dont they go back to square headtubes? it seemed like those were lasting longer than these ultra pro ones. just have a thicker tube too. the round tube on my freinds broken ultra pro looks WAY thinner than the normal pro headtubes... idk just my thinking.
1. Square tube is the typical design for most scooters. I think round kind of makes it a bit more original.
2. Thicker tubing wouldn't do anything but transfer the stress to the welds or the deck itself.
So josh, Razor maybe wanting the ultra pros with the headtubes snapped off in the welds sent back in? I have one posted up in my room.
I was thinking I could show them the picture, but they would want the actual deck so they can saw through the welds to be sure there aren't any airbubble-like pockets between the metal and the welds themselves.
I'm not sure if they'd want you to ship it to them or not, on their dime of course. But I can see what they say next time I go into the factory.
