Im makeing a video of how so we dont keep getting this question. Its getting annoying.

Edit: Here it is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZypKMluPiI . Oh and also ill be making a vid on how to install threadless SR forks when i get mine, unless you dont want me to?
what size socket did you get and did you hollow the inside coz when i went to my local hardware store they had sockets with guts in it do you hollow that out and does it work the back?

Almost any size will work in the front (the one there is a 14mm). I dont know what "guts" your talking about so i cant answer that. I use a bigger socket (5/16) in the back and i had to just barely file my deck a bit so it would fit flat. Or if you dont feel like filing your deck you can just use the 14mm one, it just wont stick below so you will still be grinding on your deck. I dont actually use a socket peg in the front because i prefer bearings but i just had the fork there so i thouhgt i would use it.

can you show us some pics please i get everything you mean but just don't get the back peg
and what i mean by guts is the inside of the socket... hard to explain
thanks :)

omg, you take the socket you aline it to the back axle then you put the bolt in and you screw the bolt intil it is tight, it is REALLY not hard

Really man, its not hard at all. Find a socket without those "guts" and slap it on there. If its small enough you wont even have to file your deck. I just used a bigger one and had to file it because i wanted the peg to stick below the dropout so i would be grinding on steel peg instead of the aluminum deck.

Is there any way to lock the folding mech on an old A model? I just bought a new one off ebay, and want to make it last. Thanks in advance.

i was getting sick of how my handlebars wiggle in the t-tube because i ride stock, so i found a way to fix it.

take your handlebars out and put a small rubber band through the t-tube so it sticks out both sides, then just tie the ends together and your bars wont wiggle. =)
