Evidence

This is from the district facebook page as you can see from how many hashtags there are. At the end it says "One of the deck is turquoise"

And this is a screengrab from the sd9 video and he's clearly riding a turquoise district deck

oh haha fair point then yeah, but then again could have been a casual hookup of parts for him but idek

But they had to send him 3 pairs hahaha like they probably break after each of his sessions

that evidence could very well be true, but just because he got parts from a company does not mean he rides for them. lots of riders get hookups from companies and aren't sponsored by them.

This year I wanna see companies give there riders they're own sig deck not just (for example) like a AO gave Elliot Arnold a sig with just different dimsions and a graphic I wanna see a whole new deck design just for that rider

Its not very realistic. Think about all the time, money and resources it takes to produce one deck. Now, for some companies, multiply that by 5-6. No scooter company has the money or factory space to do that. Phoenix and envy have 7 or 8 riders with Sig decks. itd be cool, just unrealistic at the time being

I never said it would within the scooter industry, I just made the point that we are the only sport without much along those lines and I never was a part of any argument. Even smaller companies in Snowboarding have stuff like that (signal and stepchild etc)

Well, snowboarding, bmx, inline skating (ew) and most "extreme" sports have

what he is asking for. We have sig parts just not really decks like he is asking
You guys dont get the point, in bmxing snowboarding skating etc, With those sports there isnt much variation of the way sig parts are differant, usaully specs and graphics are the only thing in skateboarding. For bmx its mostly specs and colorways. But that being said there isnt really a way to change the overall design like we do with scooters, look at skateboards and bike. They're all similar design, maybe a little bit structural innovation varying on the brand or sig part. With scootering there is an infinate amount of differant extrusions we could put on a deck. an infinate amount differant headtube designs. It would cost way to much to design and manufacture a deck for each rider that got a sig deck. Companies do it with bars and forks already but decks are totally differant . i see where you're going with it but i dont see a lot of companies doing it it happening anytime soon. There are a few companies that alreaddy do it though, Micro with the benj, i believe the lewis williams sig deck. I think it's possible but not for a while
