Who do you guys think is the best filmer of are sport?
Roots boy is da bomb, he has made sooo many videos last year and everyone of them was so solid and uniqe. I dont understand how he always manage to add something different to every video.
Nick Hodgskin is also a really talented filmer. He is for sure awesome with capturing feelings within his videos aswell as color grading.

I feel like repetitiveness to his videos is what makes them amazing. His consistency with a camera is ridiculous. Every clip is filmed well, even if the rider took 100+ tries to get the clip.
He carved out a style that is the most heavily imitated in scooters. If skateboarding is about copying Ty Evans, scooters are really about copying Nickeh.

Agreed, love his work. Stoked to see someone who is getting as big as him in the aussie film industry still filming alot of scooters.
Had a good long talk with him a little back on FB and he really knows his stuff and is such a nice guy.

-we have a laser at the shop so we can put whatever the fuck we want on our scooters. zack put a vx on his

-dvx's are good cameras and get the job done but to me they give off like a blueish tint and if you dont have a century mark 2 for it then dont bother unless you crop your vig (who wants to do that) i had one for a bit and used it twice then got rid of it

-vx1's are the shit but i dont really use them to much anymore. i like the vx2100 the best. i have owned a SHIT ton of vx1000's and once i moved to cali i pretty much made the switch to 21's and im hyped on them. the colors to me look more vibrant and i love how the mark 1 looks on the 21. plus i have a record button on the handle which to me is one of the biggest things. also a screen is always good for showing the homies whats up. we play back on our cameras at the shop cuz fuck it. there workhorses if they break we just send them in to get fixed
