the s3 will probably be out the next day lol. it gets launched in 2 hours and apparently within a week it will be on the shelves.
the s2 is a really good phone though, either way you'll be happy.
i noticed something weird about the display on a leaked photo.
it looks like it may just be 3d.
until you go on a road trip or you're somewhere with no wifi and want to get on the internet. and lol? buying and ipod and a regular phone is more expensive. the s3 is going to be 200 with the upgrade.
not really, my phones 70 bucks, ipod i bought for 200, smartphones are like 30 a month if ur lucky. (decent ones are 45+ a month), and of course buying it outright is much more expensive. well this is in australia, so maybe its different for you. but i guess the internet thing is a good reason to get a smartphone. its not that i dont like smartphones, its that i think theyre a bit over priced

They arent overpriced. Do you know how much a radio tower costs to build and operate? a lot of money. Put one every 2 square miles and take into account how many people it takes to operate a mobile network, and all other expenses and you're getting a good deal
Edit: it costs wireless companies 20-30 grand a year per tower. And they have them every 2-3 square miles so its not cheap. The tower itself takes 100k to build.

thats another thing i love about android that apple controls. i took my epic back to bestbuy because it had cracks on the lcd (it came with) and they were messing around with the features my custom rom came with. with apple if you hack your phone in any way, they'll tell you to gtfo, even if the hack has nothing to do with the problem you have. bestbuy replaced my phone and even said they'll set it back to the stock rom and settings.

yes, nothing is even close to as over priced as apple products. nothing is also more closed off than apple software, and nothing is as boring as the iphones layout.

there is nothing that can compete with apple because theres no company stingy enough to fuck their costumers that bad. they make you pay thousands more for a lot less. if you want apple software, buy an asus and put os on it. and if you prefer phone os over android (anyone who does obviously never really used a newer android phone) get a skyrocket or epic 4g touch and put ios on it. and guess what? your phone will even be able to take 5 foot drops with out shattering into a million pieces. in fact ive dropped my phone 6 feet to concrete right on the screen, and absolutely no scratches or cracks on the screen. ive seen iphones crack because i looked at them funny. apple fanboys literally know nothing about computers it seams.
ive even seen people working at apple stores with galaxy nexus and skyrockets.

well the 3.1ghz means it fast (my computer runs 2.3s and this shit is fast) the 12 gb of ram means you can have like fucking... a million playstation games running at the same time, while watching youtube videos, chatting on facebook, and doing every thing else you can possibly do at the same time. you can find the last digit of pi with that much ram.
even my computer has 6gb ram, 750gb total hdd space, a gb of video memory, 8 hour battery, and it is nearly as fast as the quad core 2,500 dollar macbook pro (2.3ghz dual core) and it's literally a fifth of what the macbook costs.

I have a macbook and its gets the job done.. payed 100 for it so no complaints.

Ill agree on the fact that mac computers are way overpriced for what they are. I think you can build a computer that is 2 times better than mac for half the price. But I do like the iPhone compared to android, Android may be better for business but i like the idea of having my music and a phone together and there is a lot more apps.

you know you can put music on android phones and access it just as easy as iphones right? and theres 500,000 apps in the apple app store, while theres 450,000 in the android store. thats only because theres less apps that do the same thing in the android store, because any app you have on iphone you can get on android or you can get something very similar.
