Yea but did you notice the first members of razor were all friends/ I think neighbors?

yeah, and it seemed to work really good.

evolution is still the best video razor has ever made, and i think thats a big part of it.

ps just remembered jason fry. i hated that kid.

yea like this is a perfect example
Recently I saw iScoots myspace, a one piece bar making company and it looked like a pretty good company with a good owner. I also saw they were looking for riders to be sponsored. I sent in a video and got on the team without previously talking Jason Beggs. The other way on would have been kissing his ass and sending in a so-so video.

You're all wrong. Once you join a real team, everything gets really different. Debate all you want but you'll never understand. I'm too lazy to explain.
Please elaborate. I am very interested to hear this.

For reals.

gotta love the scooter scene!

i cant get why people cant just live their own lives, and ride for the reason they started for in the first place. Everyone on here can agree that riding is one of the funnest things to do.. so why come on here and try to get on 5,000 teams when thats not even going to change anything about your level scootering.

getting on a team should show that youve worked your ass off to be however good you are, and it how much fun riding really is to you.

it seems now that if you get on any teams it just shows that you know how to suck a mean dick and youre quite the negotiator.. thats not the case for some teams, but it is for most.

Ive been on one team considered a major company, and honestly.. it doesnt even matter whether or not youre sponsored.

what makes any seasoned rider stand out is their comittment to scootering and attitude towards others. (trying to get on a team or not.)

why doenst it matter if you are on razor? dont you get like free scooters and trips?
He's not on Razor anymore and even when he was the past few months he hasn't gotten anything from them. Haven't you noticed how unnecessarily large "Team Razor" is? How many people do they have on there now? 20? Well the fact is their travel budget can't fly 20 people nor supply scooters to that many. There team is too big to supply the means for a dependable sponsorship. You are better off getting a job and buying a Pro Model and metal cores than begging for scraps for months and in Johns case STILL not getting them. It also doesn't help his case that he rides with me and Twan and all our deep SoCal crew so he is naturally guilty by association now which is also complete B.S.

This is the main reason I'm not out trying to sponsor the world with SR. There are a lot of people I really like that can throw down that I would love to help out but it just wouldn't be worth it for them because I don't have the means to do it and I know that. I rather make sponsorship worthwhile for 2 people then make it a joke for 20.

id definatly say no im not anymore, theres alot of thing i dont agree with that they do.

i like scootering too much to be all emo about it so im just riding like i was before the whole razor deal, its more fun that way anyways.
