Probably cause I am the shortest... lol.

Is it me, or does Andrew's scoot has a bent handlebar? (well yeah, it has been used for an year too).
I've always wanted to ask by msn but everytime i forget: will you ever plan to make some separate curved steel plate that would go in the stem under the handlebar? It might stop bending from the edge of the stem.
Yes, they are bent and no, I will not be making a separate plate because the handle bars will hold their shape no problem for at least 6 months of hard riding then they will only be like $10-15 to replace which is probably less money than people spend on wheels. Also, since the handlebars are able to rotate if you loosen the clamp you can just flip them over and ride them until they are straight again or just flip them every time you ride and they will stay straight. If they are ever released and do good with sales I will probably offer a chromoly handle bar and possibly a seven series steering tube which would pretty much be an indestructible combination but those will be more expensive.

Will they be out any time soon if testing goes good Andrew ??
Hopefully, just have to get a few things squared away before I dive into it.

i would definately buy some i dont care the price. shit come to think about it i would much rather pay $60 for those bars instead of $115 for a ddm race pole. Oh andrew will you be able to make them in different hights??
You will be able to order them and height and any width in HALF INCH increments.

once again, they look sick. Dunno about the name though, haha.
Thanks, and the name is an inside thing... Nooner can explain... or Twan or John... I guess you could say they are my
signature bars.

Any chance for a long forktube and the clamp set up directly on it? I know that such design makes it impossible to install a compression system, I believe a clamp would do the job though, wouldn't it?
You lost me... I THINK I know what you are saying but I'm going to say no anyways just so I don't get your hopes up for anything. They were specifically designed to work with the SR threadless forks (although they will work on stock threaded forks too) so any application outside of that I really don't know.

awww you gave twan a free pair
??
would you make me a pair before they are for sale and i can just pay you in person next time im at nooners ? pweettty pwease
Everyone who has them paid for them so if Twan told you he got them free he's lying, however, they did get a discount... pretty much at cost so I could get some units out for people to test.

I think they should have star nuts welded in them for use with SR forks, that'd be gnarly. Then you could sell them as a pair and eventually a whole scooter
They are meant to be a pair, that is how they were designed but if anyone remembers my scoot from the first Thrill Zone comp, I was running the very first prototype of the threadless forks (which I STILL happen to be riding) and I had prototype bars as well (that pre-date the BUFF Bars) that actually had the starnut welded inside like you were saying. The problem with it though was that after I welded it in at the bottom, there was way too much force on the bars and the weld had weakened the steering column so they snapped right where the star nut was welded like 20 minutes before the comp. It could work if I got the columns heat treated afterwards but then the cost keeps going up and up and up. Long story short, regular star nuts are just stronger and safer in my opinion not to mention cheaper.
As for an entire scooter... I'm about 10 steps ahead of you on that one but money, time and Razor's patents are delaying the process.

is the top clamp part some kind of stem for like a mini race bike? or is it completely custom cnc'd? and i dig the blue annodized one
It is a motorized scooter stem but I have designs for a custom CNC'd version but for now I'm holding off on that mainly because of the price and also I want to see how popular these bars become to find out if it is really worth the investment.

How much do they weigh in comparison to stock razor bars?
All depends. All Razor bars weigh the same because they have that telescoping tube (unless you cut and mod it) but with these bars there is a lot less tubing involved so the shorter they are-the lighter they are. In general they are a little heavier than Razor bars but not by much.
