I guess I'm sitting on the fence for this one. I mean, it's hard to believe most of the stuff mentioned in there, but on the other hand, evolution doesn't explain the conscience and emotions of human beings.

it makes perfect sense, animals evolve to suit they surroundings.

eg dolphins were wolf like creatures that moved to the coast line in search of food, after a while they adapted: gaining fins, etc. and when you look at dolphin x rays you can see there were existing feet.

you have a good point, but obviously it did happen. and there is also a one in matrilionbazlion chance that some supreme being (that looks the same as us) created a expanding universe, impossible of its inhabitance from ever viewing. because if i was a supreme being i would do that with my spare time.

and yes there are scientist which are trying to prove that the bible is true, but its rubbish because all they do is what you said "oh but its impossible someone must of done it" and look at the smallest of things saying "oh it looks like a cog, therefore god must of made it". when really anything can look like anything that doesnt mean cause it looks like a cog therefore god made it.

i stand on my statement before : guidelines to have a good and healthy life, but its ridiculas that people think that one supreme leader created everything and adam and eve populated the earth.

so what did these "transitional animals" do to survive? with halfway evolved appendages? a wolf without flippers couldnt hunt to eat.. and how could it breathe underwater with its lungs still hardly developing. and no way to swim and catch food?

I dont buy that part of evolution.

adaptation to the environment is present.. just not as drastic as evolution makes is seem.. with wolves growing flippers and shit.

Isn't evolution slow mutation in the species? Like, Ill use butterflies as an example. Parents both brown, give birth to regular offspring, except one is born with a mutation of the genes that causes the pigmentation of the wings to be green instead. This 'green' butterfly then outlives the other butterflies, as it easily camouflage into the 'green' vegetation. This butterfly mates, and the 'mutation' is passed on, evolving into a new species of butterflys.

why's it so ridiculous to believe that a greater force helped mold the universe? no i'm not saying evolution isn't real. of course it is. did we evolve from bacteria floating in the ocean billions of years ago, then into sea creatures, then eventually mammals? yeah, undoubtedly. but what does that have to do with disproving the existence of god? does that mean god didn't create the universe, including microorganisms that eventually developed into us? no, not at all.

the way scientists date stuff isn't necessarily accurate, I know I've seen stuff that they dated to be millions of years old but then they look again and its really only a couple thousand years old. so of course they can be mistaken. remember we used to think the world was flat.

your talking about carbon 14 dating, its sometimes wrong cause the carbon from other materials mix with the thing being tested thats all i know, i guess that they could date it wrong. but its unlikely by millions of years.

ok when the wolf reaches the point where it is half wolf half dolphin it cannot catch food or breathe!

it cant swim fast enough to catch fish, and it cant go deep enough to eat other types of fish that dolphins eat because it lacks the fully develpoed organs to withstand the pressure and breathe right.

it definatly cant hunt on land and catch its food with legs that are any different because they need that speed and their grip to hunt things on the land.
