In my experience, if you have the money and are serious about riding, a complete is not the best option, but as far as completes go, the flavor is probably the best. I you are tall you may need to get higher bars however

Yes. I'm 5'8 and I can ride those bars just fine. 5'6 should be a good height.

For park i would go with river glides, but of those two, Id still go with the rapids

my bad, i meant to say glides. I actually had secondhand rapids for a while and wasnt terribly impressed by them, but they feel pretty good on street.

Sliders, Rapids, or the new Tilt Sig wheels? I haven't bought a set of wheels in like 5 years, my current set is a set of prototype Sliders I bought off Dylan Kasson. Which are the best?

ethic pandemonium or ethic iconoclast? mainly for flat riding, not fussed on 12 std atm, mainly just want a deck that is good for flat riding.

Naturally would lean towards the panda as I think it is slightly lighter although it is also weaker I think.
