i always thought scooters were cool...... back in the day when they were popular i never had 1 and wanted 1 for ages...... as time went by i still found myself wanting one so i got 1 for x mas.... about a month later i quit going for skate boarding as no one around scootered as well. i moved to a new house where my now bestie lived next door. we skated 4 ages until he decided 2 pull his scooter outt.... he had an "eagle" scooter with bars that go round like a racing bike lol....how gay i know but i pulled mine out 2, i could bunnyhop 3 skate boards and 180 back then as soon as i started ..... and thought i was going to be the first by sponsered by razor, angus soon discovered micro x-treme where terry price and martin kimbell were my inspiration or a few months then he found rvm 1 i was thrilled yet somewhat dissapointed....sadly i got into skating again.... once again angus turned me to the light side as he discovered "SR!!!" where we could talk/ watch movies of all riders across the globe
anyway i have never thought about quiting or ever getting back into skating again..... after watching AUS scooters 1 & 2 i will never quit and hopefuly might ask phil kindly to put some of my sh-t in 3 if that happens lol i wish but yeah.... i am now going 2 see planet X at melbourne and hopefully learn new things and meet new people while im there ....pece out.... <3 SR 4 life

what happened to that? I know, you went to the park one day and said, "psh this is easy," and you flipped, then realized it was fun and you couldn't flip in street. :(
Street ftw

i used to ride bmx, then one day corey ryan rocked up at my local and started busting doublewhips and deckgrabs, i thought it was pretty sweet. then i went home got on the net and found some video of a kid doing a tailwhip, took a few days but then i got that good then i found the nbs vids and was amazed.

but before i seen corey ryan i seen some kid, he wasnt that good but he said he was sponsered, he was doing like feeble grinds on the flat ledge thing.

i still have it, everything is intact. but the deck is a little bent from riding street.

i might fix it up someday, but no flips on that thing.

well, god it was probably 1999 i got a shwin (the bike company, wrong spelling) and i thought i was just invincible riding through my neighborhood. Then i saw these kids selling hot chocolate and they had a scooter and they taught be to go off a curb. I scootered hard until about 2003 when i quit. i started about middle of summer 2005
