read this:
the 400d just has a bigger lcd and has more megapixles, other than that, there is NO difference.

save your money and get a 350d and some more lenses/flashes.

Why do you need all that amazing equipment?
It all sounds nice and stuff and welldone on getting it but i dont really see any good photos from you on your flickr so as Ryan says Work on your photography and improve dont just buy the best things and take worse pics than the potential
That didnt make sense but i just mean what Ryan said

oh that thread was soo old, it was like the second week i had my camera and i didnt even know how to adjust white balance, use the ttl lightmeter, and all i did was take 3fps. sequence shots :( (in auto mode) god those days sucked

now i get a few "good" shots out of a session.

right now i have an optical slave, and with the texas sun, i can't really use it, so im getting ebay slaves for that sole purpose. and im going to be doing some portraits for my friends senior pictures, and i don't want to always have to borrow my neighbors studio flashes and umbrellas :)

as of now i have the
haminex tb555
sunpak 355
optical slave
sigma 100-300mm
nikkor 28-80mm
canon 350d
nikon n60
minolta srt-sc2
45mm
80mm
bushnell telephoto zoom lens

the nikon is my moms, she never uses it
the minolta is my dads, he never uses it

so i got them both, they came with the two flashes mentioned at the top of the list

EDIT-- if you havent seen good pictures on my flickr, that's because i don't really use it anymore
