Theres pretty much the same. The b has a couple improvements, better menu layout, a little bit better low light, some shit with widescreen... nothing that really matters.

its all about the FX1s!
Fuck that. If im getting an HD camera i'm gonna get a full HD 1080p camera, not 1080i. HVX200 for the win. 1080P and 60progressive, the smoothest slowmo you can get without a highspeed camera.

can someone reccomend me a good wideangle for my d40 for maybe under $100?

that post makes me question why you have an slr...

do some research into slr lenses. and no, you can't get a "wide angle", or pretty much any lens that doesn't completely suck, for under 100.

yeah i was looking around for some, and there doesent really seem to be any good ones for under $300. so i asked here, just to see if maybe one of you more experienced guys knew of a brand that might be as good for a bit less money.

and why do you have to be such a dick dude. i asked a question. this is the first slr ive owned. before that i had a crappy little digital camera, so i upgraded. why do you have a problem with that. maybe instead of making a snotty little comment you could have maybe said something remotely helpful other than, no you can't....?

get a screw on fisheye, it works fine for cheap
Never.
my friend has one and looks fine
he said he wanted a fisheye for under 100 thats basicly all you can get

thats worse than just wasting money. you're ruining the quality of a good camera and a good lense, might as well get a point and shoot if you're going to do that.
