No clue, but it doesnt seem to be worth paying the extra dough instead of just getting an hv20 or 30.
its a frame rate. 24p, is 24 non interlaced frames persecond. most cameras shoot 30p, or 60i, which is the television framerate. 24p is the cinematic frame rate, it looks a bit different than 30p.
i think thats right, brian could probably correct me though.

Nah your pretty much right. Most film cameras run at 24 frames per second. 24P is 24 progressive frames per second. Its actually pretty useless to people filming scooters, unless your creative and don't slow mo shit.
