Dude. That would wear through so fast. Addict already tried it but with a metal strip where the wheel contacts the brake, and it still failed miserably. And the only thing carbon fiber would be good for on a scooter would be a deck plate

Which defeats the purpose of carbon fibre, as ordinary aluminum deck plates weight nothing and are stronger.

It doesn't have to flex that well, it only has to move like 5mm at most. Unless you want your brake to feel like a wet noodle. Besides, carbon fiber would wear down really fast, and start to tear as it wore down. Keep in mind, carbon fiber is woven.

internal guessets in bars would make them strong and they'd look good but installing barends would b hard and if the gusset is in the downtube too then the forks couldnt b too high or you'd have to chop them down

Not to mention that it would be extremely hard to make, and very heavy, and very expensive.
