Oh you were joking? Haha funny one, I was 100% rolling on the floor, laughing my ass off. Just kidding, I wasn't. Terrible "joke".I was obviously joking because so many people on here are idiots and think everyone is always 100% serious...
If the bearings broke, the wheel goes to shit.wheels that have bearings made into them
Integrated and standard headsets usually use different races. Different brands also use different ones, too.integrated crown races on forks!!
I invented the first set of bar extensions..
What you need:
1-Inward pegs
2- 7/8 starnut 2x
3-top cap bolts 2x
What you do:
install the starnut's into the ends of your crossbar about an inch deep.
Put the smaller end of the inward pegs into your crossbar,
get a 5mm allen and tighten the bolt into the starnut,
and your bars are an 1 1/4in wider on each side.
OR, you could get the right size when you buy them
tires.
just like how bikes are exept keep the scooter-style cores but have inner tubes and like 110mm tires, that way you can hit up dirt no problemo, no dehubbing/chunking/flat spots and you can adjust the psi depending on how hard/soft you like your wheels.
A Shim threaded on the inside that works are a locknut, So you can use threaded forks without having the ugly locknut/ "channel lock" as some call it.
it would be really slow though
Then you'd have to worry about flats..
And no stores would sell tubes that small, so you'd always have to order tubes, which means you'd ride alot less.
Sometimes people want to try wider bars,
Or they outgrow them,
My freind did this with his crows and it worked perfectly, except you needa put loctite on the bolt, or they'll vibrate loose.
