wtf are you high? that was so damn confusing lol. i think you mean ics not hic. if you mean hic no.

I have ics but i need a star nut in the forks right? District preinstalls a star nut in the bars so i have a extra starnut. would the starnut i have for the bars fit in the fork?
thanks
i got my sig smaller

You can not use HIC with District Aluminum bars:

Aluminum bars are Oversize on the outside dimension but Standard size on the inside dimension because when using Alooominum for bars, the wall thickness has to be thicker to be strong enough to hold up.

What I have noticed with the District Forks and the short ICS bolt, is that the Bolt seems to vibrate loose pretty easily so some Blue Loctite is definitely
needed with those.

I have the Scorcher fork and the Long ICS bolt on my Son's- he is only 7 so not sure how much stress he is really putting on the compression system--

but his is working just fine without Locktite.

So I broke my threaded forks and I need new ones. I'm willing to go threadless but I have standard size bars not oversized. What can I do with the least amount of new parts? I have a threaded headset already so that's cool. I'm thinking maybe that blunt IHC could work but I want to weigh everything. Where are those youtube videos that are like "here's a compression that isn't advertised but we figured it out" like the scooterzone one where you use the HIC clamp and basically run ICS through it without a starnut. Any help? I can't ride without a fork haha

Would the VNC Hella Dank SCS need slitted bars still?
That's kind of what I'm getting out of the pics.

It is a long m6 bolt (8Inches Long) that tightens against a starnut that is inside he bars. When you tighten the bars press down against the headset which makes your headset tight.
