so I could've gotten an aos v2 but instead they lied and scammed me and lots of other people with skipping this heattreating step? This is really BS. if we send in all our decks cracked, snapped,or new. they should still refund us.
i dont think you would have been any better off with an aosv2

some could of not been heat treated explaining why some peoples have bent theirs quick but im pretty sure heat treating only re strengthens the welds
heat treating strengthens everything, not just the welds

i think change the axle part of it,but a guy on another thread said you can fix the v1s with 2 small washers

alot of things can be fixed with 2 small washers.

Addict causing more controversy. make more deck and dont call them V2, call them Rehab.

or... they could come out with replacement spacers that actually fit correctly and start selling the decks with good spacers. i know this doesnt help the bannana problem but thats pretty much the main reason of this deck sucking. THE FUCKING SPACERS

I think, you know how they make those ballasts? Bring the v2s out with a hole on either side of the top plate like at the back and make ballasts/reinforcements to fit in them. Could either fix the problem and make it a normal weight for riders who like a heavier scooter or it could make it worse?

I'm done with these kinds of companies/parts. I want a scooter that I can TRUST, when I go big, it won't fail on me. Decks that have a good reputation, like TSI, Phoenix, MGP (Even though they're childish, I'm riding an old nitro now, I love it). My old district had 2 cracks in it (pretty big actually) from two months of riding, and my newer one (My sponsor gave it to me) has 5 cracks, is banana'd, and I can literally bend the HTA inbetween 78ish-84ish. AFTER ONE MONTH.

9 months on my vertX Ibeam and its still tank as fuck. thought about getting a district or addict the other day, and then thought bout how i feel implicitly trusting that this deck will stick up, and every time i ride a district, it worries the hell out of me.

Victor, could you take a picture of where the cracks came?? thanks man

On the top, where the headtube kinda connects to the deck, theres one. On the bottom (where you grind for noseblunts) if you take out those little inserts, theres one on each side there, where the headtube is welded to the deck (A sign that its just getting ripped out. It's also bananad, and when I stand on it its like a rocking chair (Obviously not that bad, but it is bananad.)
