Bold 1: Please state issues as bad as kotas for inward, east2west, freestyledepot ect..Every Single company has issues I think people expect to much. Kota Scooters does it tons of orders and I know it is hard to handle it all think of this when you put all the complaints in one thread then of course a compan is going to look bad. I have heard hundreds of kids say Lucky scooters parts has the worst customer service

we all look at the negitives but dont compare them to the postives if kota sports messed up on 30 orders out of like 1000 in a month thats really only messing up on like 3% of your orders, yes it looks bad when 30 people all say their orders got messed up or never shipped but being compared to the whole picture it isn't as bad
BTW SR people its not a requirement to be positive but you get so much further in life if you are

Its like c4, even though that kid Gino claimed to run the company online it isnt ran by him its ran by other people and marketed for an image. I spent a week at scooter zone and I saw hundreds of kids come in and out. I saw so many complaints, my bars didnt ship, these were cut wrong , where my order, blah blah blah that had stacks of people all pissed off. Does that make scooter zone a bad company know it means they make mistakes like everyone else, and i have heard several complains about freestyle depot ect. And I get your point on the fact that there might be people that havent voiced their complaint but you ever think about the satisfied customers, the tons of people that got their shit on time and were happy and just either don't use sr. You said stuff like they "could" and "I doubt" none of us really know. i worked in a scooter shop i know how easy it is to make mistakes

but there are millions among millions of drivers
so if you put it in retrospect
not really that bad
if they get hundreds of orders a weeks and mess up on 5 every weeks and all those 5 people make threads compaining then damn its going to look bad
I have been with the kota sports crew when they handle orders
its overwelming i almost wanted to blow my brains out i think with the huge amount of orders they get they are doin a whole lot better then people give them credit for
