I ordered a 4.5 Purple integrated phoenix November 1st and it never shipped, so i emailed them in the beginning of December. They said it was not in stock and I never payed so I reordered it december 16th and it still never shipped so i emailed them 10 day ago asking when the deck will ship. They said it will ship in the next 7 days, and it didnt ship yet so I emailed them to cancel the order but im not getting a response. What should i do?

well this is the thing with KOTA sports, you either get what you ordered or you dont

When I ordered my district they didnt ship it out for 20 days and took another 5 to "process the order"...
Honestly your screwed my friend (rickross on trw) ordered 2 metal cores from them midseptember, they still havnt come but the cash was drained from his acct, Hes thinking about sueing but that takes time and more money, I dont really know what you should do other than THREATEN litigation, if it works great, if it doesnt file a BBB complaint

try this email for contact (its kota's dad, he responds quickly, let him know your dissatisfaction, when they forgot the griptape in my order and I told him he next dayed me 3 strips PRE CUT!)

never. ever! order from him again. all my friends who did, had problems. and its always shipping or stock issues. id say just go with any other site but kota. hes like the ryan sheckler of scooters too

youll get what ytou want and need. and maybe more of your not a dick. hit him up on facebook messages or something. you guys gotta remember they have a life too and shit happens.

dude, I ordered a istrict with red tape on the 19 of december. it got here yesterday.

i had to pester them JUST TO GET IT SHIPPED. the guy gave me attitiude as well. buttholes. never again.

he gave me some stupid reason, like they have a lot of orders and such. if it took them that long to be shipped like that, orders would be backed up for years by his numbers. so yeah, bullshitting customers and lying blatantly on thier site, theyre going down

umm, nooner compare it to inward. they most likely have a life, more business and they have better customer service, and i havnt had a single problem with them

I agree with Tony. A business is like a child, or a pet. If you don't have the ability, or time to invest into it, you should not have one.
Rule of thumb: if Kota has anything to do with it, turn around and walk away.

If their lives are interfering with running their business, maybe they shouldn't be running a business.
Freal. Commit to the business or don't run it. Using the excuse that they have lives too its worthless, he obviously had enough time to finish the transaction and take the money, send the product out too homie.

People, getting on here bad mouthing is not going to accomplish anything. In the real world you have a CHOICE of were you shop and if you were not satisfied with your experience shop elsewhere. I have bought from many vendors and had good experiences with all of them. i have also had a few make mistakes but they ALL responded. The scooter industry is growing real FAST and everyone is doing everything they can to keep up with demand. How about putting your energy in to something positive than negative.

im having problems with them right now i ordered a blunt deck which was in stock with 1-2 day shipping and its been 3 weeks and i need it cuz i have a comp this Saturday and i might not even be able to ride :(

My friend ordered a district deck from there, once again supposedly "in stock" at the time of the order. I told him order from ANYWHERE before kota. He ordered beginning of december, and they apparently just shipped it last night. I feel bad for him because he was so psyched about finally having a dialed setup after riding old A models and pro mods for so long. (Not Rob's type of souped up old A, I'm talking about basically stock besides bars, wheels, and bolted foldy.)

alright you either didnt read the damn thread or your just incompetent of understanding that THEY SELL THINGS THAT THEY DONT HAVE IN STOCK AND DONT FUCKING RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS... Yes the industry is growing and needs more than 2 stores, but when a company cannot get their shit straight, they need to step down and let another one in their place

no like i called them first to see if they had it in stock and they said all the colors that were in stock. apparently kota shipped my deck yesterday but he wont give me the tracking code. like kota cant run a company but lloyd from qcs is like the same age and runs a fine company

oh, and they did a shit job on the griptape. cheap stuff, and it flakes. wtf. no one can paint (inward scooters) and kota cant take the time to get decent griptape. seriously.
