You guys are huge assholes. It was only a small group of people that started it, compared to the +120,000 people there. They went with the intention that they would riot either way, and they just used the playoffs as an excuse.
And luongo did NOT play bad. He had multiple shutouts this series, and one of the goals tonight was complete bullshit. Boston is an incredible team, and Tim Thomas is the definitely one of the best goalies in the NHL. Not to mention they put mason raymond out and fucked up the lines.
This is not how you should be viewing Vancouver, because it doesn't mean anything about the city. It was a bunch of drunk assholes that felt like rioting. All the real Canucks fans left earlier because they knew the riots would start.

I'm not also just talking about last night. I've been to about 6 or so games against them and there fans are just rude as fuck. Hell, one game I went to, a canuck fan got in a fight with a kings fan and the Canuck fag started it. Whether your drunk or not, you really shouldn't light police cars on fire,fight people,stab people, flip over cars, destroy property, and just look like a complete tool. They lost to , they should just get over it , rioting does not prove anything besides douchebaggery. I thought loungo played horrible, he's far more capable than that. Tim Thomas was Phenominal, he deserved that reward. Way for recchi to go out on the top with a cup.
Overall,I thought it was a very good game, but the fans after was just fucking ridiculous.

As I said, that was just a TINY group of fans. There were almost 120,000 people present either in the arena or outside, not to mention the millions watching. You can't just assume all the fans are like that.
The ones that rioted went there with the knowledge that there was going to be a riot if we lost, and wanted to just mess shit up.
