Wrong. 20 high SCS compatible bars are already 2 inches pre-cut for the use of the SCS. Logical.Nick Lowry said:hahaha alex so true.
people are so dumb, if you want 20 high bars for your SCS, buy the 20 high SCS COMPATIBLE bars, or cut your bars down to 18" because the clamp raises your bars 2 inches.
SR Store said:NOTICE: If you plan on using the new Standard Compression System choose one of the "SCS" heights. Make sure you choose one that is as tall or taller than than the height you wish to ride and you can easily cut it to your desired height. All SCS bars will come WITHOUT a notch and pre cut 2" shorter than the actual height to accommodate the extra height added by the Standard Compression System. If you are planning to use these on a threaded fork or on a threadless fork with any kind of inverted compression system you need to order the normal standard dimensions.
alright so i just have to cut 2in off my bars to make it same size.Madis said:If they don't have a notch/slit, then you can put the bars onto the SCS.
